We accommodate small and medium-sized clients (SMEs) all the time and have realised there is a gap when SMEs enquire about their products and business.
When it comes to the shoot—whether it’s the angle, the setup, or the overall vision—some SMEs aren’t sure what they want and tend to change their minds. So, we’ve developed a new model: you can bring your products, have a chat with our photographer on-site, SHOOT TOGETHER, and take your products with you immediately after the session. This will allow you to see the results on-site, adjust details as you wish instantly, and have control over the shoot.

Colour calibration is the process of adjusting and fine-tuning the colours on a screen (like a monitor or camera) to ensure that what you see is as accurate and true-to-life as possible. This is especially important in photography and commercial shoots, where precise colour reproduction is crucial for the final image.
In the context of photography:
Monitor calibration: Ensures that the colours on your screen are accurate, so when you're editing photos, the colours you see on the monitor will be closely matched to the final print or display.
Camera calibration: Involves adjusting the camera settings to ensure the colours captured are accurate, particularly for products, fashion, and commercial shoots, where colour consistency is key.
In commercial work, this step helps maintain consistent and accurate colours, so the final images look professional and true to the original products, designs, or subjects.

Our approach focuses on capturing authentic and professional images that highlight your products in real-world settings.
Our editing team enhances images with clean, crisp tones and balanced contrast to ensure each photo looks polished and true to life.
Before the shoot, your photographer will reach out to discuss your brand’s style preferences. -
You will have the slots you choose, but we recommend arriving a little earlier to find free parking on the street.
At the start of the shoot, the photographer will set up based on your products, style, and the setup time. When you booking your time slots please also note that this setup is part of your shoot time 😊. -
Please kindly note that late arrivals will result in reduced shoot time.
-
We strive to be as flexible as possible and offer cancellations:
If the cancellation is made up to one week before the shoot, we will refund 90% of the fee. E.g., for a 1-hour shoot, you will receive a refund of £120 x 90% = £108.
If cancelled 3 working days before the shoot, we will refund 75%. E.g., for a 1-hour shoot, you will receive a refund of £120 x 75% = £90.
If cancelled 1 working day/24 hour before the shoot, we will refund 50%. E.g., for a 1-hour shoot, you will receive a refund of £120 x 50% = £60.
No-show: No refund.
You will receive an email notification when a refund is issued, but it may take up 5 days to appear on your bank statement.
